Hello………

 I cook and prepare “food for food enthusiasts” - delivering to your door for you to enjoy great food with family & friends.

Dependent on what you need, I would work with you to create a menu that fitted to your budget, taking into account dietary requirements and most importantly tastes, ensuring that everyone enjoys their food!! Wherever possible I cook with local, in-season produce and always aim to produce truly delicious food whether it is for breakfast, lunch or supper.

My background

Following completion of The Certificate in Cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu, London, I worked as a chef for private clients both in the UK and abroad and was lucky enough to work with a lot of amazing fresh produce! 

I then went on to work as Fine Food Buyer for the Royal Warrant Holder’s Paxton & Whitfield for 10 years - specialising in Artisan cheese - and learned a great deal about produce across The British Isles. 

Since relocating back to Yorkshire I have been working with my family, catering for guests and for events we host from our family farm (www.thefarmhouseyorkshire.co.uk) - from lavish birthday and anniversary celebratory dinners, Yoga retreats (healthy and vegan requirements), winter Shooting parties, Dark Skies events (run in conjunction with the North York Moors National Park) and press/journalist trips (Olive Magazine, The Telegraph, Stylist Magazine).

My most recent project is the introduction of a Dexter dairy herd at our family farm with the hope that I can start to produce Farmhouse cheese & meat soon!You can follow my journey on Instagram @yorkshiredexters.

Of course I also regularly host at home for guests who stay with us in The Little Abode’s Garden Room, as well as for celebratory dinners for larger parties.

 Need to know 

I can provide “Gourmet Packages” for delivery or cook on site (Covid allowing). Please confirm your preference when getting in touch

I can cater for a minimum of 6, to a maximum of 20 people.

My starting budget is £15 per person for a simple lunch menu but feel free to drop me an email with your enquiry and I’d be happy to give you a no-obligation idea on price.

I can usually deliver within 10 miles of Postcode: YO62 but if you are unsure do ask.

All meats are native and rare breed, supplied by farmers in North Yorkshire from Taste Tradition. Fish is supplied by Hodgson’s of Hartlepool and fruit and vegetables are when ever possible seasonal and from my own garden or else Dales of Malton. Cheese is supplied by Neal’s Yard Dairy and Lina Stores of London. 

We take our environmental responsibilities seriously and no longer use plastic wrap for food covering and storage. We source all our packaging from Vegware who use plants and renewable, lower carbon, recycled or reclaimed materials that can be composted or recycled.

 I am a registered food business with Level 2 Health & Hygiene.
